About Me

Practice No:

Dr. Sabeeha Adroos is a registered dietitian who combines evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, practical approach to help patients achieve lasting health results. A graduate of the University of Pretoria, she has built a respected private practice serving patients across South Africa, focusing on digestive health, hormonal balance, and autoimmune conditions.
Her passion for personalized nutrition stems from seeing how small, intentional dietary shifts can dramatically improve quality of life. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Adroos is an accredited practitioner in several specialized nutrition programs, including EatFit, the G.E.M.M. (Gut Ecology and Metabolic Modulation) framework, and Advanced Sports and Performance Nutrition (IOPN).
She believes nutrition is not about restriction, but empowerment — helping clients reconnect with their bodies, understand their unique needs, and build sustainable habits that nourish long-term well-being.

FAQ

Want to know more?

A dietitian supports patients with a wide range of health concerns including weight management, diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, digestive disorders, food intolerances, women’s health nutrition, and overall lifestyle improvement. They also assist with customised nutrition plans for chronic diseases and preventative wellness.

Please bring any recent blood tests, medical reports, a list of medications, and—if possible—a 3-day food diary. This helps the dietitian assess your current nutritional intake and create an accurate, personalised plan.

Results depend on your goals, consistency, and underlying health conditions. Most patients start noticing improvements in energy, digestion, and overall well-being within a few weeks, while weight-related or clinical changes may take several months of guided support.

Yes. Dietitians often collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, gynecologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure your nutrition plan aligns with your medical treatment. This integrated approach helps achieve better, long-term health outcomes.
